ZUCCHINI WITH TOMATO

Ingredients:
32oz zucchini
32oz tomatoes
2oz parsley
dill to taste
salt, dried herbal seasoning, pepper (to taste)
3-4 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Clean the zucchini. Cut the zucchini into slices. Chop the tomatoes into slices. Chop the parsley and dill. Pour oil on the bottom of the pan, then arrange all the ingredients alternately.

Cook over medium heat for about half an hour. Don't mix Food , but shake the pan occasionally. Can be served warm or cold. It's great with boiled potatoes.

CAULIFLOWER SOUP
(Vegetarian Soup Recipes)

Ingredients:
32oz cauliflower,
1 small onion,
3 tablespoons oil,
parsley leaf,
4 tablespoons sour cream,
Salt and other spices to taste.

Directions:
Clean Cauliflower and separate the little flowers. Put water in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and spices. Cook soup. Finally, optionally add the noodles.
Serve with sour cream.

Preparation time: 25 min.

Cheap Vegetarian Recipes

ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH CHEESE

Ingredients:

32 oz potatoes
10 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
4 oz basil
10 oz cheese
16 oz mushrooms
6 olives
9 oz fresh zucchini
2 red peppers
Salt to taste

Directions:

Cook potatoes for about 30 minutes. Peel it, cut it into slices, sprinkle with salt, add olive oil and mix it all.
Place in an ovenproof dish, then add the roasted mushrooms, garlic, fried and sliced zucchini, chopped fried peppers and olives. On top sprinkle with coarse grated cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 200 °
