Brownies

Ingredients

7 oz chocolate
3 oz sugar
5 oz butter
4 eggs
5 oz wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pouch of vanilla sugar
1 oz almond

Directions
1.Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar whisk in a foamy mixture. Add the softened butter, softened chocolate (5 oz) and flour which is mixed with baking powder. Finally, gently stir in chopped almonds.
2.Put the mixture into the greased baking tray. Sprinkle with the rest of the roughly chopped chocolate. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C, for about 25 minutes.
3.Brownies cut into cubes and optionally serve with whipped cream mousse.

Ice Cream Sandwiches (Dessert ideas for kids)

Ingredients (for 12 sandwiches)
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups chocolate ice cream
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
Salt (pinch)
8 tbsp softened butter

Directions

1.Put baking parchment on baking tray. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2.Mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Sugar and butter, beat with electric mixer. Add the egg. Stir well. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla. Beat flour blend into butter blend.
3.Make balls of dough. Flatten each ball with a fork.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool for a while. Then transfer to big plate.
4.Make sandwiches. Put 1 tablespoon of ice cream between two cookies. Freeze for 45 minutes.
5.Serve!
Note: You can use some another type of Ice Cream, optionally.

Ingredients
1 cup ground biscuits
½ cup coconut
½ cup sugar powder
½ cup raisins and jelly candies
½ cup chocolate (for cooking)
a little bit of orange juice

Directions
1.Mix together coconut, sugar, ground biscuits, raisins and jelly candies. Pour a little bit of orange juice. Stir well.
2.Melt chocolate and add to mixture.
3.Put the mixture in the fridge for about 30 min.
4.Make balls.

Homemade Snickers

21 tbsp sugar
½ cups butter
1 ½ cups of dark chocolate
2 cups biscuits
1 ½ cups roasted peanuts
½ pint Water and 2 tbsp oil

Directions
1.Dissolved sugar in ½ pint of water, by heating.
2.Melt butter and 7 tbsp of dark chocolate, on the stove.
3.Remove from stove and add crumbled biscuits and almost the entire amount of chopped roasted peanuts (save small amount for sprinkling).
4.Pour the mixture into some deep tray.
5.Frosting for cake: The rest of the dark chocolate melt on a mild temperature, with the addition of 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour over the cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
6.Put it in the fridge and cut into cubes.
