How to eat healthy?

Fruits are foods with low caloric value, with high water content and a large amount of carbohydrates and cellulose. Fruit contains a small amount of protein and fats, and large amount of vitamins and minerals. Fruit has great significance for human health.

Fruit is generally Healthy Food. However, some Types of Fruit are healthier than others. According to scientific research, Blueberry is the queen of Fruits!

Scientists have come to the following conclusion: Strawberries, Oranges, Peaches, Plums, Apricots – don’t increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, while grapes, apples and grapefruit – reduce risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Types of Fruit & List of healthy fruits

Pineapple - improves digestion. Nutritionists recommend it to people who want to lose weight.

Banana - rich in dietary fiber and vitamins. Banana Carbohydrates are complex. Banana contains potassium, magnesium, calcium, fluorine, phosphorus, iron, zinc and copper. Banana is perfect for children’s nutrition.

Blueberry - destroys bacteria and is good for eyesight

Peach - helps better digestion, and at the same time is a good laxative and diuretic. Peach is recommended to anemic persons.

Grapes - cleanses the liver and the whole body. Grapes has positive effect on brain function.

Apple - provides energy, regulates digestion, restores intestinal flora, lowers cholesterol and protects the heart.

Pear - natural remedy for joint inflammation.

Fruit Carbohydrates

Fruit contains significant amounts of carbohydrates. Dried fruit (grapes, plums, figs, dates, etc.). Contains 5 -6 times more carbohydrates than raw fruit, so it should be used in the smallest amount.
According to the amount of carbohydrates, Fresh fruit is divided into three groups.
1.Low carb: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cornel berry, melons, berries, cherries, citrus, watermelon, orange.
2.Medium: apricot, peach, plum, Apple purée, juice of orange, tangerine, apricot and peach
3.High: apples (sweet and sour) cherries, pears, grapes, bananas, fresh figs, pineapple, mango, avocado and others.

Fruit dessert ideas

Fruit is the best dessert that you can eat. Here are some great ideas:

•Healthy Fruit Snack ( for four persons): 2 oranges, 200 g sour cream, 330 g of liquid yogurt, 150 g of honey, 150 g mixed dried fruit and 100 g of mixed nuts

•Stuffed Melon. Cut melon on a wider slice and peel, if necessary, slightly hollow out melon, to give the shape of the boat. Each Melon boat fill with grapes and pineapple chunks, and decorate with mint leaves.

•Banana Shake - protein and calcium in combination with potassium and magnesium (banana can be combined with the berries and juice).

•Banana with Strawberries (one banana, half a cup of strawberries, vanilla yogurt).

•Fruit salad is the best solution for a good breakfast or brunch. Tips for great fruit salad:
-In order to preserve the natural colour of the apples after peeling and chopping should be placed in a cold, slightly salted water.
-Bananas should be sprayed with lemon juice and sprinkle with powdered sugar, so that do not change colour on contact with air.
-Sour Fruit (such as berries) is not suitable for fruit salads. If you still wish that, add sour fruit to the salad immediately before serving.
