Chop the parsley.2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.3. Chop the garlic.4. Prepare the mixture for meatballs in the following way: Mix the flour and baking powder. Add egg yolks and half of the amount of prepared water. Then add pepper and salt to taste. Add garlic, 3 tablespoons oil, and parsley. Mix well.Add minced meat. Finally, whisk egg whites well, into a solid mixture. Stir that in the other ingredients.5. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.6. GRILLED ZUCCHINI Ingredients: 400 g zucchini, 3 tablespoons oil Salt to taste Directions:Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into slices. Add salt. Let it stand for a while. Drain, place on absorbent paper. Bake on the grill or in a grill pan. Pour a little olive oil over finished zucchini.This is healthy, cheap and quick vegetarian meal.
RICE and VEGETABLESIngredients:400 g of rice, 2 large zucchini, 2 large carrots, 1 onion, 2 tbsp oil, 200 g bacon, Vegetable soup, Salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)Directions:Heat the oil, add vegetables and cook,stirring, until the vegetables are softened. Then, add the rice. Cook until the rice is tender but with a little bite. Chop the bacon and fry briefly in a pan without adding oil when browned and stir in the rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until rice is softened.
